The Eagle is a new development consisting of 26 floors on City Road, Old Street, London, designed by award-winning urban architects, Terry Farrell & Partners.
Eagle House, part of the main Eagle development, retains the original 1933 Art Deco building. Barwin were appointed to carry out external refurbishment and redecoration of the building facade.
- Decoration of the façade, using Dulux weathershield in various colours
- Render, using Portland Stone mix on EML with scribed ashlar lines
- Installation of new, bespoke reconstituted stone window sills
- Portland stone render to ground floor incorporating scribed ashlar lines
