The works comprise two rows of Georgian terrace houses and a Victorian public house, the Duke of Clarence, which are all Grade II Listed buildings whose fabric is of historical importance. The buildings are three storeys with the public house on four storeys.

• Brick cleaning using a mild chemical
• Coatings removal using TORC system
