Project: Beverly House, St John’s Wood, London

Client: Confidential

Beverly House is a residential block of flats, built in 1980s, located on Park Road  opposite the Hanover Gate entrance to Regent’s Park.

Works consisted of DOFF system cleaning of the red brick façade, including sills, thresholds and any other masonry surfaces from underside of eaves to abutting ground surfaces to all elevations including under croft, internal balconies, roof areas. A fungicidal wash was applied to the areas affected by moss and algae  growth, to prevent further growth appearing. All internal glazed screens, openings, airbricks, ventilators in the external walls were sealed, in order to prevent water entry into the interior of the property or into any appliances connected to the exterior wall (boilers, mechanical fans).
