Project: Brighton Girls School, Brighton

Client: Neilcott Construction

Barwin are proud to have been selected to survey and repair the Brighton Girls School which is the seventh oldest school founded under the Girls’ Day School Trust (1876). Its founders had radical ideas of education for women.

Barwin Property Services Ltd were tasked by Neilcott Construction to survey and identify the repairs to the stucco elevations and then restore the building back to its original condition, using both lime based renders and modern consolidation materials. As you can see these methods combined superbly, allowing the building to used and enjoyed for generations to come.
