Project: Eagle House, 161 City Road, London

The Eagle is a new development consisting of 26 floors on City Road, Old Street, London, designed by award-winning urban architects, Terry Farrell & Partners.
Eagle House, part of the main Eagle development, retains the original 1933 Art Deco building. Barwin were appointed to carry out external refurbishment and redecoration of the building façade.
Scope of works:
- Decoration of the façade, using Dulux weathershield in various colours
- Render, using Portland Stone mix on EML with scribed ashlar lines
- Installation of new, bespoke reconstituted stone window sills
- Portland stone render to ground floor incorporating scribed ashlar lines
