Ocean Wharf is a stunning 12 storey residential building situated on the Isle of Dogs in East London.  With close proximity to Canary Wharf and all the City has to offer, with a waterfront location, these apartments are known for their spacious layout and luxurious feel. 

Barwin was tasked to complete a clean of all elevations and decorate of the exterior by our client The Ad Group.

Scope of works:

• Clean of all elevations by abseil
• Clean all areas including brickwork and render
• Reapply mastic seal to open joints
• Deep clean white render
• Seal blue render and paint with STO SILCO paint
